Thanks everyone for their words of support and encouragement! It's really important that we have real people that teach these classes, bat wings and all, that aren't stick thin. I still have another 50 pounds to lose!
Either way tonight I am going to Richmond with a group of Zumba devotees from the Y to attend a Master Class of Zumba with the originator "Beto". Here i am a psyched groupee at 56 years old!
