It doesnt matter ...slow looser, or fast looser.. the main point is that you ARE LOOSING!!! Congrats on your loss and keep up the super work! Isnt it an amazing feeling to fit into smaller clothes???

Fantastic Wow Moment for you!!!!  Congrats!  Definitely keep scoping out those sizes.  Perhaps taking your measurements would be a great idea too.

As for feeling run down, pretty normal at the stage you are in.  Your body is just trying to adjust to the new experience.  Get some extra rest as needed.  I too struggled with the slow loser factor but my nutritionist reassured me that I was running pretty normal to most, losing slower was healthier for my body & better for the loose skin factor.  Now at 3 years out, maintaining at goal for 1 1/2 years I am loving it.

Keep up the great work!!!!

Hi Rhonda,  I had the same feelings when I saw how much everyone else was losing.  I ended up taking my measurements and found out how many inches I had lost, plus I already knew how many sizes I had gone down.  Isn't that a wonderful feeling to go in and be down so many sizes?  I don't weigh myself that often now, I found I get frustrated or disappointed when I do and it hasn't moved much.  You have done amazing so far.

Wow - I didn't think there was that much difference - It's good to have feedback from someone who saw me before!

I hope you can make it to the OH thingy in October, I'd love to see you girl!
