THANK GOODNESS ITS FRIDAY YA'LL!!
How are ya'll doing? Great I hope. How was your Thursday? Good gravy it was jam packed. :) Attempted to address a few personal things yesterday and got a few taken care of. Was waiting on news from a few folks and got it so I got relief in those instances and all seems well at this point. Got in a couple errands, some chores then got K off the bus and did homework, talked about her day (issue to address) and then it was some chatting and cuppa time while the buggas played outside for a bit. I felt "off" yesterday so I called it a night early last pm. Got one last phone call then laid down. Sleep wasn't the best for me but I'm up, alive and awake to embrace this day.
What's on the books for your weekend? A few highlights are Melinda's wedding and quite possibly some fishing. In between, will be some processing of the storms in my head along with a side of relaxation. I've got a LOT in my brain to get out so people and my journal will be getting a lot of it. I hope everyone has a GREAT weekend!

Good morning ladies. Yesterday was jam packed with trying to get my check straightened out. Still is a nightmare. Then I got a letter from my employer saying my fmla is up and they no longer need to secure my job! I have worked there for 8 years and they are telling me this?? I talked to my boss and said ignore it, but still makes me feel very uneasy. Oh well. Then last night Alex had his first boy scout meeting. The age group he is in has no leader! So they suckered me and my husband into doing it. That means I will be doing the most part. It is good though because its only 4 boys and the parents said they would all help so we will take turns. Now I got to go to Richmond today to the Boy Scout store and buy a handbook of what to do. Its Alexs first year so I am pretty clueless. Hope everyone has a great time at the wedding.

My Thursday was okay. I was in training for work most of the day. Ended up taking the afternoon off cause hubby was home sick with a stomach bug. The sick fairy has taken hold of our household, allergies, colds, stomach bug. We went & got the girlies and had a quiet evening at home. I have felt pretty run down this week, thinking it is because I haven't been sleeping great but today woke up all sniffly so I think my allergies are bad or my children passed along their cold. Hoping it doesn't put me down for the weekend as we have a lot going on.
School dances, slumber parties, soccer, nephew's bday party, a trip to the zoo and such all scheduled for the weekend. Lots to catch up on at work today so I best go get my butt moving so I am not late. Have a great one! Love you much!!!!
We are doing fabulous over here this beautiful morning! Sitting here at my desk at work already waiting to start the weekend! I have one day of training left and then it is back to the floor to do some real work!
Yesteray was pretty awesome. I left work a little early for a doctor appointment and got some really positive news. Got to spend some quality time with Steve and had cuppas and convo's with great friends. Got home kinda early compared to the rest of this week and the cleaning bug bit me in the azz. I was doing laundry and cleaning like a mad woman. My bathroom is spotless and the kitchen just needs to have the cabinets rearranged and the floor mopped. Whew...I am exhausted but it felt good. I still need to steam clean the carpets and cut te grass. Hopefully at least the grass will happen tonight! I am planning on getting to the carpets next week but we will have to see.
On the books for today is my last day of training then no big plans. I do need to get some rest before work tonight and to prepare for Melinda's wedding tomorrow. It will be a long drive but I am sure the convo's will keep me wide awake. I am truly hoping the cleaning/chore bug bites again and I can get a lot more accomplished. I have informed Steve that the two dressers in the shed need to be cleaned and brought into the house so that will help with my organizing and cleaning.
Tomorrow is the wedding which I am really looking forward to and then not too sure about
Sunday. Fishing sounds nice and relaxing and I am also itching for a trip to the park. I need some peaceful time to process some things.
Will talk to you soon.
Love you much!
