Hello all, I 'm about 9 weeks out and I just wanted some meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I seem to be eating the same things over and over again like eggs, cheese, tuna fish, deli meats, and protein bars. I just want something different but not really sure what that is, so throw some ideas my way. Greatly appreciated.

Tonya,

You have mentioned exactly what I was eating at your stage and actually am still eating a lot of today.  I also had cottage cheese, yogurt and on occassion (if you have been cleared for it by the doctors office) I took some meats (hamburger, chicken) and put it in the food processor and made it into mush.  It was good and staisfied the craving of head hunger but did not look too good!

Depending on what stage you are in, there are a lot of good recipes to be found on the recipe forum on OH, in addition to Lys' suggestion, www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com.  She has some wonderful recipes!  Enjoy!  :)

Refried beans, chili, rotisserie chicken , ricotta cheese with mozzarella and spaghetti sauce.Chicken or pork cooked in a crock pot come out nice and moist.
I also eat cottage cheese pancakes about once a week for breakfast or lunch.

Hope this helps you!

Here is a list of soft foods I enjoyed.

Refried Beans
Scrambled Eggs
Egg Salad
Tuna
Chicken salad
cottage cheese
yogurt
Oatmeal
Cream of Wheat
Beans (navy, pinto, etc)

I also basically took any low fat meat & but it in the blender.  Added fruits & veggies (also blended) for a meal.
