This Whey or no whey

I tried the Isopure after surgery and did not like the fruity flavored ones. I like the frosty chocolate and cookies and cream and the banana cream flavored cans of protein made by worldwide. Vitamin shoppe sells them. I buy them for the convience.  they are 35 grams per serving then I drink the nectars for breakfast. the orange cream is good too. my nutritionist says to get 70- 90g of protein to also help prevent hairloss. I am going to check out unjury for myself. Thanks for that tip.
