THINGS DID NOT GO AS PLANNED!
Sorry that you went through a bad time but it will get better. Right now I would just take it easy and try not to use the steps anymore than you have to. Remember to walk, walk, and walk and sip, sip and sip it will take a little time but things will get better. You are on your way to a new way of life and congrats on that.
Ronda, so sorry that you had some complications. Keep walking & sipping, you will start to feel better. I preferred to sleep on the couch where I could be propped up, have heard a lot of people like to get in recliners. Once those staples come out it will feel so much better. Get some rest & I hope you feel better soon.
Hi Rhonda,
I replied to your post on your profile. :) Chin up! Prayers have been said for ya! Keep us posted!

Life could not get any better than this!
Hi Rhonda...so sorry you've had a tough time. I can make a suggestions that may help. Keep a pillow handy that you can hold against your tummy for support when you are trying to move around or need to cough or sneeze. It really does make a difference. As for the bowel movements, as long as it's not runny or doesn't look like coffee grounds, I wouldn't be too worried. However, it's best to call your wl team & ask them. They are the true gurus for you. I'm guessing that you have a bp cuff & scope since you're a nurse...is there anyone that can check your bp? I hope you get to feeling better real soon.
