So...what are YOU doing to move today???
Let's see....since I took a rest yesterday, today I will be hitting the treadmill. I nice and easy 4 mile run for today. Then some ab work. I've got 9 weeks until my next surgery and I want the best results I can get.

Beginning Weight: 265 Current Weight:143
So I run like a Girl....now keep up!
Going to the gym and today is cardio and that is 30 mins and I now work in zones and today is zone 2 and 3 and in zone 2 I keep my heart rate between 80-89 bpm and in zone 3 is 89-94 bpm. I might try to do some upper body but not sure having pain in my right wrist I think I might have sprain it. Great that is all I need.
I've been getting a cold and was pretty wiped out this weekend, so aside from the exercise from walking around while shopping, I didn't really get anything in -
Today I'm going to start back with my 30 minutes a day and instead of increasing every day like I did last week, I'm going to stay steady and get more comfortable with what I'm doing - Next week is plenty of time to add more difficulty, I'm thinking
