I did it!! I got on a roller coaster today at Kings Dominion! I rode the Dominator with the girls! Oh, it felt great. The last time I rode one what Memorial Day, 5 years ago when I could barely fit in it anymore. So I knew I couldn't ride anymore when I had gone back and my wieght had increased. I had a goal to get on one before the season was over and I did it!!!

WOW!!! I'm so happy for you. I've been telling my kids i'm afraid of roller coasters cuz I want to save the embarassment, but I have a feeling by next year we're headed to kings dominon to try a few!!! :)

That's AWESOME!!!! That is one of my goals. My DH and I are going to do a roller coaster trip maybe in the spring when I can ride them all!!! I can't wait. What a great feeling that must have been.

That's great , I don't ride roller coasters as I am a chicken to get on , but I am like you did it. Being able to ride the rides without being a snug fit makes going to the amusement parks so much more enjoyable. I personally had that problem with some of the rides at Bush Gardens, and now I enjoy going and riding the rides with my granddaughters. No Roller Coasters for Me.
