Hi Friends...

Thirty days from today I will undergo a knee replacement. As the time approaches, I am getting nervous. Not so much on the surgery, but for the rehab following.

If anyone who has had knee replacement and has any suggestions or ideas of what worked best for them, please share.

Hi Brooke,
Thank you for the support. Before I had surgery, the doc gave me a choice...gastric bypass or RNY. Seven years ago I chose the RNY. For that, I am grateful. Now it is time for a new knee...

Good luck Cindy - I have heard many success stories about the surgery! My cousin just had it a few months ago - he said the rehab was hard but he know walks painlessly again and says he should have done it years ago!
