How are ya'll doing? Great I hope. How was your Thursday? Ours was certainly interesting. :) I added items to my To Do List, got a bunch of chores done, one errand and talked with some folks about future plans in a big way. Exciting times for sure!

What's on the books for your Friday & weekend? Well, today is going to be pretty busy with getting some work out of the way so I can enjoy the weekend. I am looking forward to a few things on Saturday and leaving a couple spots open for decision on what to do.

Hey Katters! This week has been entirely too busy. Between the training and volleyball, I have gone non-stop all week. I did manage to get ALOT of Christmas shopping done though, I'm excited about that. I like to be done by Halloween and this is the first year in a while that I think I can actually do it.  I also bought myself a Nuwave and I've seen it in action and fell in love. It was the juicest chicken I've ever had. I'm so psyched!

I have tons of stuff to do today as well. I'm finally back at normal work (yay no more boring training) and I need to turn in a lot of volleyball paperwork by 5:00pm. Remind me why I volunteered to be league coordinator again? Hahaha. I also have to call a bunch of medical facilities because they didn't file the insurance properly and say I owe like 14.36 or something stupid like that. I'm only responsible for my copay so I don't know why they try to charge me.

After work, I'm goin to the Buck and to my meeting with my peeps. I'm looking forward to a good weekend. Beemer has a back-to-school swimming party tomorrow and it will be nice to hang out with some of the parents in his class. I was looking forward to football, but not so much anymore since my entire team is either hurt or out for the season. El-suckarito!

Morning Beautiful!  Sounds like you had a great day!  Mine was pretty good too.  Got a haircut at lunch time.  Went a bit shorter than I have been, I think I like it, it is kind of sassy.  Headed off to my mom's for dinner.  My hubby dropped me off while he went up to the fields for soccer practice & to get the girlies so I got to enjoy some one on one with my mom.  After practice my hubby & girlies joined me and we had dinner & coconut cake in honor of my grandma.  Then we headed home for homework, baths & bed.  One of the "sons" came by for some help with his homework too.  I have to say I am loving being a surrogate parent to so many teens & being able to influence their lives.

Plans for the weekend include an outing with some of Matt's family tonight to check out his nephews flag football game.  No real plans for tomorrow so I might relax and try to get some chores done.  Dinner with my best friend so we can check out her new house.  Not sure what the plans are for Sunday.  Hope you have a great one!  Love you much!!

Busy and fun day yesterday. 1st day since surgery that I was not on the boards! I went to the dr and hung out with my sister then meet up with Theresa at the support group. I did not realize how bad I needed it. Meeting Theresa was awesome. She has helped build my courage to meet new people. I actually get sick to my stomache meeting new people. I wish I was a social butterfly!
Today I am going to walk 1 mile according to the good drs. orders. I am going to wait till 5 when hubby gets home because he wants to do it with me. I need to clean today and pack an overnight bag for Alex. He is going to grandmas and papas to sleep over tonight. After our walk we will grab something to eat hopefully. My home health nurse comes today as well.
Saturday is an empty slate. Sunday my sister is moving so I will be over there helping as I can. Still not allowed to lift over 10 lbs so I will probably be cleaning old place out while they move.

Good afternoon beuatiful.  Sorry I am so late today.  Things have been really busy!  I am getting ready to go and spend some time with Steve at lunch.  I managed to get a sinus infection with the weather changing so I am on antibotics and taking mucinex as well.  After two days of having no taste for anything I can finally taste some things.  I have skipped my coffee and have been having hot tea instead.  It really soothes my throat, which is raw right now.

Yesterday was very tiring.  I went to bed really quickly after getting home last night.  I know it is because I am a little under the weather but I will be fine.  I am working late tonight, but not as late as I had originally planned.  Maybe till 6 or 7...we'll see.  If I still feel like crap then I'll leave at 5!  No big plans for tonight.  I would like to watch a movie when I get home but who knows how I will feel at that time.  We have a wedding to take pictures at tomorrow and I need to fit some time in to go and see my neice and my sister.  Sunday is the day I am looking forward to...I am planning on sleeping in.  I have not been able to do that for two weeks.  Knowing me, my body will not let me but I sure gonna try.  They we will do something fun...maybe Busch Gardens for awhile? Not sure at this point.

Good Evening to all...
  This morning was great...relaxing at my favorite coffee spot and reading In Water For Chocolate. Then ran some errands and came home. Thinking that I was working a UVA soccer game, I got dressed and headed over to the stadium. When I arrived, my name was not on the list. Apparently some staff were cut, but I was unaware of it. So home I go, a little annoyed.
Some laundry and phone calls were made.
  For Saturday, I hope to sleep in and read some. May also go to the farmers market.   Cindy
