What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning.....

Ok...who woke up to rain this morning???  As much as my yard needed it, what's up with that????  I know, I know...we must all expect a little rain to fall once in a while - haha.

So....looks like today is a GREAT day to stay in doors and try something new.  Turn on the radio and dance, or try out one of those free workouts from the On Demand channel.  OR...maybe you need some down time for rest and relaxation.  Today is the day!

So...what are YOU doing to move today????

Me?  Let's see....with the new puppy my gym time have been nill.  I've been working out at home (which I STILL enjoy).  But, today, I'm heading over to the gym.  Calendar shows Bodypump class, so guess I'm going to head to that.  Plus, I want to get in 30 minutes on the stair climber (my new favorite machine) to get in a bit of cardio.  So...if all works well, it will be toning and cardio today.

Ok went to the gym and did 40mins with 5 mins of cool down on the treadmill for 2.9 miles yea for me this is a first for me. I was doing it at a speed of 2.9 to 3.0 which is faster than I normally do. Tomorrow I will be there at 8 am to do a test to see how much I burn and what I need my heart rate to be and work with a personal trainer to get things where they need to be. Jill I am so happy with going to the gym and I hope to lose this weight on my own and be proud of it. I already am proud to an extent. You have been such an inspiration to me and I am going to make it.
