Tony was #2 today, but we had so much fun seeing NASCAR live for the first time.  It was exciting watching him work his way from 11th to 1st to 2nd.  :)

Hello!  Yesterday was a cleaning day for me. My hubby and my 13 year old went to a youth seminar for our church district and my 10 year old and his friend played inside and outside (in the rain) all day. Then we headed up to my sis-n-law's for dinner. I cooked white bean chilli for us all. YUMMO!!!
Today we had church this morning, and then I am hoping to go to Melinda'a bridal shower, but my 10 year old is feeling sick, and I am not sure that I should leave him. He says he feels like he is getting strep. AGRH!!! I dont have the time for him to get sick!!! Tomorrow,my only day off for the whole week may be spent in the Dr.'s office....

Hi Everyone!!

Just checking in with everyone.  It's been a while, I think since I posted here.  Not much to report.  Busy busy with the kids back in school and trying to develop my new routine.  Working out now in the mornings at the base gym at Little Creek.  Wow....  I have been sore in places I forgot I had!!!  LOL  But, it's all good. 

Hope everyone is having a good weekend.  We just had rain from Hanna yesterday, but nothing too bad.  Did have a tree crash down behind out condo.  That was fun to watch. There's another one out there that WANTS to fall down, but hasn't yet.  It's leaning at about a 75 degree angle.

Good evening everyone!!!
   This morning I headed for work...sunshine and a nice breeze!!
Took the folks from the group home to Dairy Queen for lunch and then a ride through the country.  Signs for apples and cider could be seen. Some of the trees are changing color. Fall is sneaking in.
 At home did some chores, and now watching a program that supports the troops. Looking forward to Monday...feeling good!!!

Yesterday was absolutely gorgeous. Made for nice clean up weather for sure. Fall is my favorite season. I'm really excited its going to be here soon. I love cider!
