Virginia Beach Support Group?
I've gone to the ones here on the peninsula (Hampton) at one of Sentara's hospitals. I'm pretty sure they have one on your side of the water. Try looking at www.sentara.com. There's a link for classes and events. Or you can try to find the weight loss surgery info. It's on there, but I don't remember where. Hope that helps!
I am sure there is one or two down that way but I am not sure when/where they are. I am sure one of the folks from down that way will let you know. I am in Richmond, I just wanted to welcome you to the boards!

Check in with Sporty Jill, Blair M., Corinn, and/or Amber. They are all on OH and live down your way. They are great post-opers and should be able to give you some guidance. They also meet and do social gatherings with some regularity even if they don't do a formal support group. And Jill is a certified trainer and is great with nutrition and exercise for WLS post folks.
