What to take to the hospital

Hi Amanda and good luck fpr tomorrow! Fair Oaks is a nice hospital and they give you a little pack with toiletries in it - I never used it because I brought my own - plus mouth moisturiser etc - so you just need loose clothing - I also took a book but never used it as I was just too sleepy and had no concentration..... try to relax - it is a big step you are taking and know that we are all immensely proud of you for doing it - we know what courage it takes because we have all been there.....
