How are ya'll doing? Great I hope. How has your 3 day weekend been thus far? Ours has been decent. Friday was pretty low key in the pm. Got some time to myself for a mani/pedi and sat in the chair thinking about a lot. It helped to get some thoughts in order. Got both buggas shoes and clothes/supplies especially for K for heading back to school on Tuesday. We got by DG to grab a few things as well and have everything we need for her to go. She's excited and we're excited. Got together with Tammy & Steve for a few rounds of cuppas. That was a pleasant end to our Sat night. Kayla got "bored" which means she's tired and came home and went to bed. I love our talks and commonalities. They are really great folks. :) Well, I didn't get it then but I do now that both buggas were about to get sick on me. They'd been fussy, clingy and coughing some but Sat pm into most of yesterday they really got crabby apples. End of summer colds!! Buggers! So, its been little sleep for me but my buggas are getting better and so we'll see how they are today. Wasn't feeling too hot yesterday myself but it was lack of sleep cause this am I'm better. They are up and we're stirring. We've got some chores to get done today along with last minute things to get into K's back pack and such. I'm going to cut the grass while its nice and cool this am and then clean up inside. Lots of laundry and getting bed sheets and such on the clothesline. YUMMMY! 

HAPPY LABOR DAY! Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL Monday and Labor Day and I'll see you right back here tomorrow for the daily grind and school's back in! Hugs and all that jazz!

Morning Beautiful!  So glad to hear that your weekend has been good.  Not cool that the buggas are getting sick, especially for Kayla right before school.  Perhaps they have allergies, I know we are all fighting our late summer/fall allergies here.

My weekend has been fabulous.  We went to Skyline drive to visit & stay the night with my b-i-l.  Had a wonderful relaxing time, enjoyed family, campfires, hikes and beautiful nature.  It was so nice & relaxing.  Today we are off to visit my daddy so I best get my booty moving.  Have a great one!  Love you much!!

Hey Court! Its ok, the buggas are doing well with treatments and have brought a lot of the yucky chest stuff up thankfully. :) Kayla is so excited to be going tomorrow. She's got the same bus number/driver and there are at least 3 friends in her class this year. In addition, according to her, she's got the coolest new tennis shoes and we saw her best friend yesterday while shopping and they were gabbing about how kewl school is going to be. :) Nora I hope is getting over not going but tomorrow will be a different story when the bus comes to get K. Us too; allergies are crazy right now.

I LOVE Skyline Drive and glad ya'll had a nice time there. Its going to be a lot more beautiful with Fall coming and the changing of the leaves and such. I smell cabin time coming maybe! Enjoy the visit with your dad. Love you!

Great to hear that Kat. I'm not doing a heck of a lot as you might have guessed. I should go do something just don't know what as yet.. haha I didn't know you and Tammy were in the process of starting a WLS group in RVA. I'm sure that will be some job in and of itself. Tammy & I are going to work together to bring our best to a local group. We've already got lots of fantastic ideas and we're on our way to implementing them. We're focusing on training and resources at this point. Thanks! This is going to be WONDERFUL!

Good morning! Today looks like being a beautiful day! I am glad to have the day off!

I am sorry the girls have summer colds- boy do I know how bad they feel!!!!! I still have mine but it seems to be easing.....

Connor gets 4 shots tomorrow and a blood test in preparation for school so he will have a rough morning - and so will I!  If he cries, I will cry..... so there will be tears tomorrow....

Hope your cold is going away faster now. I know its been a foul one. Oh gosh I hope Connor does fine. I always give the buggas Tylenol or Motrin before they get shots. It does seem to help. I tear up when they do as well especially this once a month one for Kayla. That needle is HUGE! Enjoy your day! Hugs....
