Good news to report...FINALLY!!
Ann, 21 years!!! Wow, that is wonderful. That is wonderful and a relief about your heart. As I told you the other day, I am so happy you heart is getting better, what a big relief!! Enjoy your weekend!!
When you called the other day it was so hard for me to not tell you Mike was selected. I bite my tongue so hard!! I think we found out Tuesday the customer selected Mike. I will need to talk to you guys off line about what all transpired behind the scenes. You owe me nothing!! I am just so happy Mike was able to find something that works for you guys and he has a job!!
A little late replying to this. Been taking care of my buggas. They've got end-of-summer colds!! I'm happy to hear things are coming together for you/ya'll. Congrats to Mike on getting a job. Sounds like the tune up is working for you. How great! I didn't remember liking UNO so much but since we played there I think its something I'm going to start playing a lot more. :) Isn't God's blessings just amazing???!!!
Hugs.......
Blessed Momma to ♥ Kayla & Nora ♥

Life could not get any better than this!
Kat, I hope the buggas are feeling better.
Jim, I am totally a lifer & am quite familiar with the term...Mike's retired Army...lol. I think I miss military life more than he does. I keep expecting the movers to come any day for our next duty station...lol.
Tams, I love the "tune up"...I guess that's what I had, huh? LOL
Lauren, I really am excited about the EF increase. That puts me 10% further AWAY from a transplant & ultimately that's good. I did not get to ride this past weekend...we've got a bunch of events coming up so the guys decided this was a good weekend to clean saddles. Gotta do the maintenance stuff to keep everything in good working order. Sage was so busy stuffing his face full of hay that he wouldn't even come to me...the stinker!!
Yes, Jackie, we did have quite a bit to celebrate. And I made a breakthrough with my "horse family". Ever since Amy died, everybody in the group seemed to forget how to cook. So going to the farm had become an expensive adventure due to eating out ALL THE TIME! Well, the only time we ate out was Friday night when they took us to a Japanese Steak House to celebrate, & Mike & I went to the diner for breakfast every morning. Only cost us $12 for both of us cuz we shared. Lunch was left overs (my Japanese meal fed me twice & Mike once!), & dinners we grilled! I about fell out when Mike actually tasted grilled salmon steaks & mahi mahi & LIKE IT!! So now I have some new stuff to add to our home meals.
I know I'm forgetting some of you that have responded here, but that only because my memory stinks. Just know that I love you all & can't thank you enough for your friendship. I really don't know what I would do without ya'll.
