Evil cabornation! Its not a good thing for us and in fact I DON'T drink soda. I admit to taking sips now & then if and mainly IF there is NOTHING else available at that time. Its just not a comfortable feeling for me. Hope this passes!

I hope this passes and you no longer crave them. I do have sips every now and again but it is usually when I need to burp and nothing else is available or I need a sip of something and that's all that is around, too. I will use flat ginger ale (diet of course) to settle my tummy when I get sick. I am grateful that I had given up soda for the most part long before surgery. I am now an iced tea drinker! I love tha****er, crystal light and of course my achieve ones. You will find something you like just as good, just keep trying!

Just keep fighting it. I gave my sodas up 3 months before surgery & haven't had any except for an accidental grab of one of my nephews cups one day while we were out. It was sooo gross. Every once in awhile I do have a taste for a Dr. Pepper (my favorite) but it passes.
