Good Morning Everyone.....

Hope you survived the weekend........

It's a new day, and the beginning of a new week.  Time to commit to your physical activity.  Kids are getting ready to head back to school (some have actually started) and all of your excuses are heading out the window.

So...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Let's see....an easy 5 mile run is on the calendar for today.  Got to get in my last few before Sunday's big event (1/2 marathon).  Then, lots of stretching to get the blood into the muscles.

Take time to enjoy today and move your body!

Today is the gym for 30 mintues of cardio and lower body workout and who knows what else may happen. Having trouble with my left leg and hip so not sure if I will do all my lower body.

Sounds like you're feeling better?  Good!

Today is BodyVIVE and I have to do my whole strength training routine afterward rather than 1/2 today and 1/2 tomorrow because tomorrow I'll be on the golf course after work.  I have to get in as much practice as possible to play with the "big boys" at the end of September.  It will be much more fierce than the All Girl Golf I've been playing!
