Looks like a great day out there and it's FRIDAY!!!!! Yeah!
You know it's going to be a great day when you put on your jeans and find a clean $20.00 bill crumbled in the pocket. That's how my day started!
Feeling much better today - still a bit of a cough and some congestion, but at least I don't feel so tired. So, today I plan to get in a long walk. Get my legs moving and stretched out. They feel stiff from all fo the laying around.

So riddle me this Mrs PT...
After my 3 miler energizer bunny run.... Yesterday in running class my quads were so sore (understand why)... he had us doing sprints, and several rounds of up and down over picinic benches, resistence band partner work and a really boddy work out.. I was SOOOOOO tired last night... Today I'm not so sore... my quads are a little tight, but not as bad as they were when I woke up Tursday... I drank lots of fluids and got in some protein and did some stretching...
I think my body is getting used to the bootcamps on Thursdays that the running coach puts us through in class.... could it be???
Sounds like a GREAT workout! Definately a combo of reasons here....the fluids and proteins defiantely help it. Also, the types of exercises and the frequency you perform them also helps. Not knowing how he had you work the muslce groups, I cannot say for sure, but I suspect that's the reason.
BUT....always be suspect for delayed onset....could happen today.....(that's what happens to me alot).
