Good Morning Everyone.....

Hope all is well in your neck of the woods.  Today looks to be  a GREAT day to get out there and to get ta moving!

So...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Nothing.  This cold is kicking my rear.  I did not make it to class yesterday - instead...I made it to the couch.  I'm suppose to meet with the PT tonight, but I just do not see that happening as I woke up with congestion in my chest - UGH!  So..I'm going to take it easy again today and let this thing run its course.

Today is a cross training day, so it's either the elliptical or swimming for me!

Heading for the gym and today is 30 min cardio and lower body workout since I did not go yesterday. I know bad girl but was not feeling all that good. I have either allergies or the starting of a cold.

Oh dear Jill! How I can relate. I was back at the dr yesterday for a change to the 3rd antibiotic for this sinus infection which keeps growing. Last week it was bronchitis. Mine is kicking my rear too. Makes me not want to eat, drink or even move. And you know that is a recipe for disaster.

After Cam's dr appointment, I am going to try to go to the gym, at least to do circuit training, if nothing else. I do hope you feel better soon hun! Take care!

Sorry you're still down for the count! Get yourself better!!!

I'm still working my way back up to my pre-PS level - almost there for strength training; still needing to do some of the low options in BodyVIVE.

However, my golf game is looking up.  Or maybe I just think it is since I was referred to as tall and willowy at the driving range this evening!  That's gotta be worth a coupla strokes off my score, right?

I spent the past five days out in California visiting my mom.  I went for three bike rides and did a spin class while I was there.

I'm doing a bike ride for Alzheimers in a couple of weeks and this weekend I'm riding 50 miles Saturday and Sunday.  It'll probably kill me, but I'm going to try.  I did 50 miles two Sundays ago in just over 5 hours.
