I walked 4 miles today all alone i have not walked 4 miles in one try since i was like 16 I am proud of my self but my legs do feel like rubber bands lol. I am so proud of my self.

How awesome for you! Take the next day to rest then burn the pavement up again. You will not have the rubber bands feeling for too long if you keep at it.
