Hi to all my friends on the board. I will be coming home to Va. on Thursday. My husband is having knee replacements on  both knee  on Friday morning. So please keep in your prayers. I had to cancel my 6 month check-up as I was in Pa. but according to my scales I hit the 100 lbs. on August 17th., so my next appt. will be on Sept. 2. I have 30 lbs. to go till I reach my goal. of 135 lbs.  I am under so much stress with the loss of my mom. I eat but the food just doesnt stay down and I haven't  slept in days. I need your prayers and support through this difficult time. I will be on the board regularly when I return to Va. Love to you all. Betty
A big thank you for the encouraging words in the loss of my mom.

I have been thinking about you and keeping you and your family in my prayers.  What you are going thru is definately hard, but normal at the same time.  You have been missed and it will be good to have you back.  I will keep your hubby in my prayers, too.

My heart goes out to you, Betty, on the loss of your mother.  Please know that you and your husband are in my thoughts and prayers.  On the bright side -- CONGRATULATIONS on your 100 lb. loss!  That is wonderful.  Please make sure that through all of the things you are dealing with, you take the time to take care of YOU...that is so important on so many levels.  Take care.  :)
