Congrats on the surgery date! Three weeks of liquids will seem like an eternity but you will make it thru! Ask your doctor about the shakes. If it is better nutritino wise, he may approve them for you.

MAYBE THE LENGTH OF THE PRE-OP DIET DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH YOU WEIGH AS TO HOW LONG YOU NEED TO SHRINK YOUR LIVER..OUR LIVER REALLY IS IN THE WAY OF THE STOMACH SO THE SMALLER THE LIVER THE MORE VISUAL THE STOMACH WILL BE...MAKING THE SURGERY EASIER FOR THE DOCS.. ....JUST A THOUGHT... IF I AM WRONG PLEASE CORRECT ME....THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE MORE KNOWLEDGABLE OF THE BODY...BCUZ I AM JUST FIGURING.....
I AM SUPPOSE TO HAVE DR MCFEE AT PNH..I THINK I AM GONNA TRY TO GET DR MANN JUST FOR THE FACT HE'S KNOWN FOR DOING THE VSG AT PNH AND I HEAR HE'S AWESOME..SO I WANT WHO EVER IS THE MOST SKILLED AND WHO EVER HAS DONE THE MOST VSG'S...I DON'T WANT NOBODY PRACTICING ON ME... I HAVE TO GET THE STATS ON HOW MANY VSG'S DR MCFEE HAS DONE BECAUSE HE PERFERS AND KEEPS TRYNA TALK ME INTO GET RNY WHICH I DON'T WANT!
