I can not beleive you feel that way about Jill. She is such a sweetheart and has never ever had a unkind word to say about anyone.
I have been ordering from her for about 1 1/2 yrs now and have never!!!! had any problems.
when I email her the stuff is shipped right away. now she may not call me personally or email me back right away but the stuff is at my door step within days.
I know she is running a business and things can get very busy for her. also I dont know of any other company that personally returns calls to people or has time to send emails.
last i checked you order and then get a conf email thats it.
so please do not say bad things about Jill and John as they are my friends and they also do excellent business...

The wonderful thing about living in the USA is that I am entitled to my opinion as are you. ibariatric.com personally returned my call within two hours of my email and had my order on my door in two days, along with free samples of other products that I did not even request. I run a business other than my regular job and I return phone calls and e mails on a daily basis. I set aside time daily to do this so my customers can count on me. If you had have read completely you would have seen that I, too think that Jill and Jon are wonderful people. I have been a guest in their home and have seen them socially on many occassions. Friendships aside, business is business and this is NOT the way to run them. Since I drink 2 or 3 achieve ones daily, I need someone that I can count on and trust to have my product when I need it and be available to answer any questions I may have. Firends are one thing and business is another. If you want MY business then you have to be available to me. I was not asking for an immediate reply but you would think just one return over minimally 20 e mails and 10 phone calls would have been warrented. I will not frequent any business with bad customer service and in my opinion this is horrible customer service. I do not owe you or anyone else an explanation and I am free to state my opinion at any time. If and when Jill does decide to reply and show me that I can count on her as a business then I would consider ordering from her but until then I will stick with what I know. I would much prefer to support a small, local business then a big company in another state. Feel free to tell her all about this and even forward it to her. Maybe then I might get a response.
By the way...I even tried to help her daughter that wanted to make things and stay at home with her newborn but never got a reply from her, either. Did they expect me to place an order not knowing cost, color or anything about what I was getting? I have instead ordered from Ann, also on the boards, and LOVE what she made and the price is good, too. She had it done in two or three days. Now THAT is customer service!!!!!
