3 months post op

Hi everyone just checking in with my monthly number.
I am gladly, down 71 pounds in 3 months. I am so excited. I feel it in the way my cloths fit but I don't see it in my body image yet. Everyone else said the can tell but not so much on my end. My 3 month labs looked great. That makes me happy.That means I am doing things as I should. YEAH ME.

My little one is turning 4 this week. We are having a pool party for her and 12 little ones from her pre-schoolon Sat. Wish me luck! Not sure what is more of a challange weight loss surgery or a Birthday party with 12 kids under 6.

You are doing FANTASTIC!! Congrats on the weight loss so far. It is very hard for us to see the loss in ourselves. It takes our minds a lot longer to catch up with our bodies. I couldn't see the loss myself for months but one day I looked in the mirror and was like...OMG!!! Is that ME??? It is a faboulous WOW moment when that finally does happen.
Good luck with the party and Happy Birthday to your little one. Hope it is stress free and as fun as you want it to be.

WOW!!! You are doing awesome. It is my goal to be doing that well at 3 months out. Keep it up, you are doing great. I could not even imagine 12 kids under 6 in my house this weekend, that would be a disaster, but that's because my house is a disaster!!!

Hey Lanette! Good to see you again! Congratulations on losing 71 pounds - that is phenomenal!! The difference will be showing even if you can't see it yet - others will! My little one has a 5th birthday in Oct and I agree - much harder to do than lose weight lolol!!

Lanette - you are doing FABULOUS!! congratulations! i'm sure the party will be fabulous! As one who works at a preschool, i totally understand the vast numbers of kids, but somehow, for me its easier than dealing with my own daughter sometimes! Have a great time. lys
