Good Morning Fitness Fanatics.....

Rise and shine....put those feet on the floor and let's step out the door.....

Too chipper for ya this morning?  Ya...me too.

Thank goodness today is my Friday.  I cannot stand another day here in the office.  Miserble is the closest word to decribe my outlook for today (in the office).

So....what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Let's see....the calendar shows a choice between Zumba class and Yoga or Spinning and Yoga.  Not sure which way I will go, yet.  I really like spinning, but have not tried the Zumba yet and I think that I would like that.  Guess it will depend on my mood when I leave here, huh?

Good morning!  I ran only five miles.  I changed up the route and it is a bit shorter, but more challenging with the hills.  Tonight I hope to cut the grass and maybe go for a walk with hubby.  Other than that...no plans!

Ok just got back from the gym and I did 30 min on treadmill and than worked out my upper body, shoulders, biceps, chest and upper back. Man can I say I am tired but feel so good. Had them do my measurements and they are as follows weight 226, Neck 15 1/2", shoulder circumferemce 50, Chest 49 1/2, Waist 47", Abdomen 52" hips 52", rt bicep 13 1/2, rt forarm 9 1/2", rt thigh 24 1/2", rt calf 16, lt bicep 13", lt forarm 9 1/2", lt thigh 25", lt calf 15 1/2". Not bad for a start. Will do this again in 1 month. The weight is down 3 lbs from when I started there. I was 229.

Jill - I FINALLY made it to the gym at 3pm (left daughter at the pool, don't worry, she's old enough), did 30 minutes on the precor machine (like an elliptical but no arms). then I did 5 different arm weights to make up for it.  Tomorrow, i do the dreaded BODY AGE testing (YIKes, is that going to be ugly!).  but my former trainer did not want to do it, but since i'm now down 100, i feel like its time!  Have a great Friday too!  Lys
