No weight loss in 3 weeks
Erica, please don't get discouraged. You have lost a lot of weight in a short period of time and your body is just trying to catch up with it all.... you have received some great suggestions here already and those are the ones I would follow:
Drink more protein
Drink more water
Up your exercise or change it completey to fool your body....
Measure yourself
AND DON'T GIVE UP
It will start again if you are just patient........ you do not have as much to lose as many other people so your weight loss will be slower but hang in there and don't despair.... celebrate what you have lost!
