What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Ok...who can feel Fall right around the corner???  i know that I can, and it's making me antsy.  I LOVE Fall.  For me, it is a time of renewal.  The kiddies start school and I get to be structured again after playing all summer long.  And don't even get me started on the cool crisp evenings.....LOVE IT!!!!

Ok...on to the topic at hand.......

Looks like a pretty good day for getting out there and moving the ol' bod......

So, what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Let's see...the calendar shows that today is my day with the personal trainer - YEAH!!!!!  I am actually looking forward to it.  Especially after last night's kick a*s spin class and yoga class.

It's great that my hubby and I are working out together.  He did the spin class with me last night and I really enjoyed it.  It was his first and he did great, and even said that he would like to do that class with me every Tuesday night....YEAH!  AND he sucked up and did the yoga/Tia Chi class with me.  While not really his thing (mine neither) we agreed that we would do it for its calming effects.

Well.....enjoy the day, and until tomorrow!

That sounds great that hubby is working out with you. Today is just 30 min of Cardio. Watching the kids and walking with Kat this evening. Well lets say yes I did 45 mintues and 1.60 miles.

It was nice but I joined a different gym call Body Creations and it is like 30 a month and I pay for a personal trainer and some of the others are showing me different things to do. I have a routine for my upper body and one for the lower body and learned the correct way to do crunches yesterday so that will help the mid section. I am going to get kat to take my measurments today to see how that is because the size 18 pants are getting big in the waist again. I am lossing inches more so than weight or toning up one. I am on a month to month basis and no contract, I have gone everyday except for 2 days so far. I am really liking it. I feel so much better after a workout and the only problem I am having is the artho in my soulders and the roto cuff which I knew would act up. But if I keep up with the stretching and working it will be better. I just work through the pain and take toynel for the pain. Sorry for the misspelling.

This am held a 5 mile run first thing and it was great.  The weather was beautiful and it was peaceful.  I greatly enjoyed my nature time.  Later today should yield a walk this evening with the doggies and some time on the gazzelle as I watch some olympics.  If I feel like it I plan on adding some free weights in there as well.

ok I sound bad. I will be waling up and down the hall with the iv post. And taking a shower. LOL. I can't wait to exercise again. I always feel so much better!
