IT'S TOTALLY TUESDAY YA'LL!!
How are ya'll doing? Great I hope. How was your Monday? Mine started off wonderfully and ended not so great. Did manage to get some things done, got outside in nature and really enjoyed being out there for the better part of the day. Got news on a couple things that really aren't wonderful but I'll deal. Later in the pm a surprise by way of my nephews coming here to hang out for a while, followed by a little bit of a break in my day which I really & truly wanted and needed, a chance for me to vent (feel kinda bad about it) and dinner which was spiffy for the most part. Got back home and was hoping to get in the bed. Didn't happen and ended up spending almost an hour "listening" and giving one word answers. It was a healthy conversation. Anyhow, determination and faith being strong I'm gonna do what I gotta do to ensure the buggas & I are doing well. Slept restlessly and here I am.
What's on the books for your Tuesday? Today is gonna be laundry, cleaning, sweeping, mopping; windows are open and have been since midday yesterday. Its absolutely gorgeous again this am. Perfect exercise weather whether its walking or running. Plan to keep to myself for the most part, journal at some point and put my thoughts on paper. Hope ya'll enjoy your day immensely. Smile your best and try & count your blessings every chance you get.
Big hugs and all that jazz!
Blessed Momma to ♥ Kayla & Nora ♥

Thankful for the easy, grateful for the hard & hopeful for tomorrow.
Monday was pretty good for the most part. I got a lot done in the AM so there was very little to do last night following a long day at the office. I had some great convo's and got the chance to vent myself. It was a well needed break! I have always said that's what a true friend is for! I got home last night around 9 and wanted to run but opted to watch some of the olympics. I watched Michael Phelps win his 9th gold and Natalie Coughlin win her gold, too. I saw the men's team from China perform their floor routine in gymnastics and then I conked out. I guess I was more tired than I thought!
This morning I ran 10 miles. I have nervous energy that I needed to get rid of. We have a big client meeting at work today (my new group associated with my promotion) and I am kind of nervous. I know I will do fine, but I can't help being nervous! No specific plans for this evening although I am thinking on "kidnapping" a friend for some adult time. Steve and I enjoy the company and this person really needs a break and to talk to people that understand!
Hope you have a terriffic Tuesday...btw...I get off at 5 today!
Love you,
Tam
Today is work, got a 4 hour training this a.m., planning on hitting the gym & then more family time tonight. Hope you have a great day1 Love you much!!!
So I won't get on here much this week but i am fine - and getting more tanned and relaxing! Hope you all have a good day and take care of each other!

Yesterday was very busy at work. I rushed out of here to get to my girls group. I didn't have any girls this week as I am starting a new cycle next week. So my boss sat down with me to discuss my new girls. It should be a very interesting group of girls and I enjoy these meetings because it helps me focus in on what needs to be addressed.
I know I did not want the day to end. I was dreading today. I don't know why I am having issues with today. I am wondering if I was down for other reasons. I know the past week I have been real laxed on my vitamin intake. My sitter was on vacation and the back up was across town to it messed with my morning routine. I missed yesterday as well and made a consious effort to turn around this morning as I was walking out the door to get my vitamin.
Well what is on the books for me today? I have work and then class tonight. So I will not be home until about 1030-11 tonight. That is about it, nothing else.
We all get lax on taking our vitamins at some point or another but try and remember these help us to remain healthy because we do not absorb the full amount that we need from foods. I started leaving bottles in my desk at work and I also carry a small pill box with one full days dosage with me. A couple of times here and there won't hurt you but please make sure you take them regurlary. It also messes with our energy levels with a low b-12 and iron. We love you too much for you to be suffering from vitamin deficiancy!

p.s. happy birthday, again, beautiful!
Vitamin deficiancies are something I deal with daily. Taking daily iron and monthly B-12 shots greatly help my energy level. When the B-12 shots come later in the month than normal, my muscles become achy, I feel disoriented and my heart tends to beat faster. My iron will never be normal, but the increased iron helps to keep levels up.
Peace to all
