well, tomorrow is my new day!!!

good morning to everyone!  i am sitting here typing to you all, 24 hours away from surgery...i can't believe it!  i have a lot to do today!!  i have to pack, so any pointers here would be great!  i have to do a last minute run to the store, so pointers here would be great as well!  i am scared, worried, nervous!  even more, just so hard to describe!  i can't believe tomorrow starts the 1st day of my new healthy life!  i am kinda bummed, my mom or dad can't make it tomorrow but i know i am great hands.  i have great supporting friends as well as one very important supportive significant other.  i know i will be fine!  i have 2 daughters that i am doing this for, i can't wait to do all the fun things mommy's should be able to do!  my 11 year old is worried sick, she is with her grandma right now.  i just told her everything would be fine!!  walk walk walk and sip sip sip!!  just so much going on today, i need to clean up a little as well, that will keep my mind off of everything!  i guess i will check in later this week to let you all know how it's going.  please save me some room on the losers bench!!!  take care all and i hope all is well with everyone!!!

Congrats Krystal you will do fine. Tell your little one that after this you will be able to do more and she can help you by getting you walking and walking to get rid of the gas and it will give both of you time and excersing. I will keep you in my prayers and throughts and please let us know how you are doing.

What an exciting and scary time. I know how tense it is the day before. That was the hardest for me. I would just remember to pack your own pillow and slippers for walking. I also packed word search puzzle and book for hubby so he wouldnt be as bored while I was sleeping. The store is so hard because our taste buds change after surgery. I did buy one box of sugar free instant carnation breakfast for when I got home. Please keep us updated and I wish you the best of luck!

Congratulations on the start of a new healthy life!  You will be so happy when you are losing weight and feeling much healthier and your girls will soon see how much happier you are and will love you for it. It is a big decision but it is the right one for you....

Best to you Krystal!  Can't wait to welcome you over to the loser bench!!  I wouldn't worry about packing too much, some comfortable clothes, chapstick & a pillow for the ride home are all you will really need.
