Happy Sunday!!!!  I missed you guys SO much last week.  Can you belive that I was in a hotel with DIAL UP???  What's up with that???  So, my Internet access was extremely limted.

Well, it looks like an iffy day is in front of us today, and I have LOTS to do today....

Starting with a 7 mile run...ugh!  Gotta get those miles in - only 3 weeks left until the big run.  Am I ready?  HA!   No.......

So...what are YOU doing to move today????

So of course I was a little sore from the Mud Run yesterday. I took my wife to her 20-year high school reunion last night....still got up ealry this morning and put in treadmill time here at the hotel gym. I am a machine.

Now I can enjoy hotel coffee while my lovely bride sleeps off memories of 20 beers, er, um, I mean 20 years.

I had weight loss surgery. I did it the easy way.

I'm jealous...there was NO gym in the hotel I was staying at and the one on the base was...well.....VERY lacking.

OK I haven't been around, but you are doing the RNR Half in Va Beach right!!?? Im stocked for ya Jill!!!

When are we running a race???

I'm resting, but may go for a 2 mile easy easy jog or a walk to loosen up.  I ran a 10K yesterday so Im tired... suckin' down protein and water ...

That's the plan...

I am so glad uyou are back!  You have been missed.  Today I ran 6 miles this morning but changed up the route to utilize more hills and a different terrain...no, nothing like Blair's infamous Mud Run, but I wanted to work some different muscles.  Tonight is work late and another run.  I may hit the gym at lunch.
