Woooohooo Drain Free!!!
Went to the doctors yesterday. One of my legs was more swollen then the other so he sent me to get an ultra sound on my legs. It came back negative thank God!!! I'm just deep into swell hell. He did remove the remaining 3 drains. It felt so nice taking a shower without them this morning. He said he usually doesn't like to remove them all but since they were each only putting out 2.5 cc's a day he felt he could remove them without any problems. I was so relieved I can tell you. I am still very swollen. That's to be expected as I am only 2 weeks out. I am just impatient to see what the end result will be...lol. I know I know it could be months to a year till that happens. It just owuld be so nice to be able to fit back into my jeans...lol. I'll have updated pics without the drains this weekend. Other then the swelling I'm doing really well. Oh I did have a stitch trying to work it's way out and Dr. K took care of that too.

I am always happy when the drains get removed too so I can wear normal clothes again without having to watch they are hidden or don't catch on anything.... so I share your joy!!
Even with the swelling bet you are glad to feel flatter! I have one leg that keeps swelling but I know that is because I am not keeping my pegs elevated like I should..... so I need to get better at that.
