I am just in shock!

I weighed today... Yes, after I weighed myself yesterday. So I was shocked to see that I had lost 3 lbs in 1 day. This makes my recent weight loss to 29 lbs in 3 1/2 weeks. I am now at 223. I can not believe it. But what is even more amazing than that...

I am FIVE, yes, FIVE lbs from losing 100 since March.

I can not believe it. I just had to share. So thank you for letting me toot my horn, yet again!

Aww well thank you Brooke! Seeing as my new main squeeze is out of town working, and my little man is asleep over >>>>> on the couch, here is where I am. I should be sleeping since I have to do a 530 wake up call to Dan and it is 1 am, lol.

Thanks for all the encouragement. It is definitely a wild ride. Saw about all the trouble you have been having. I can definitely relate with the son. My son has seen me spend 285 days in the hospital in 2005 and honestly, has seen much more than he should. But now, he is SO PROUD and my biggest cheerleader. Please let us know how the scope goes and pleasekeep us posted on any new outcomes and all the progress. We are all in this together. If ya need anything, let me know!

Hey Kat! Hope this finds you and the buggas doing well. I am crossing my fingers that I reach the next mile marker with out too much hesitation. Keeping faith is something that I am having trouble with lately but as you know, this is a life long commitment and well, I have the rest of my life! Thanks so much!!!
