What did you move today?
What did I move today? I did the treadmill for 15 mintues and than the trainer showed me some upper body machines for me to use and there were 4 of them that worked the lower chest, upper chest, upper back and the biceps. I worked out about 1 hour total. My work out will be on Mon treadmill for 30 mins and lower body and Tues treadmill for 30 mins and upper body, then Wens will be cardio only and than start all over again and Sat and Sun will be just cardio or rest.
