What Are YOU Doing TO Move Today???

Good Morning, Everyone.....

UGH!  It's going to be hot and humid today.....be prepared and stay hydrated!!!!!

So...whata re YOU doing to move today???

Me?  I'm heading over to the gym and taking a yoga class and Turbo Kick.  I am SO excited about the Turbo Kick - it's the gym version of Turbo Jam, which I LOVE!!!  It's how I lost the majority of my weight.

I went yesterday and took a spin class and a body pump class - toning.  They were great classes and definately kicked my rear.

Wow, I wish I could do it.  Oh well I'll be back at the gym in no time.  I think I will go for a walk today.

I am heading over to the gym here in a few.  Going to hit my usual treadmill and do my two mile and then work on my arms today.

Went and join body creations gym and did the treadmill for 30 mintues and speed of 2.5 and a cooldown of 5 mintues it was nice and I felt so good afterwards. Will be going hopefully everyday. I will be doing this on a month to month basis. On wen they are going to show me some other things I can do to help myself.
