I thought I would be fine with any protien supplement...

WRONG!!  My gym sells some protien drinks. So I bought some musle milk.  UGH!  I took one drink and about lost my cookies.  I got home and dry heaved.  I told my husband about it, and he told me that I need to stick with the protien I can drink. OMG!! I have a living Sherlock Holmes in my house.  I just gave him a dirty look. Plus, how would I know if I don't like it unless I try it?

Melissa, I'm right there with you.  I tried some muscle milk not too long ago and I think it is nasty....yuck!!

It is definitely trial and error to find what you like.  I ended up only liking one kind and had it twice a day for over a year.  Thank goodness I didn't get too bored.

lol! You should make your husband try them first as a punishment lol!!   He should try drinking the same stuff over and over again and see if he doesn't look for a change lol!

I actually love muscle milk but got tired of it.  I am now hooked on the achieve one's.  I am hoping to get the local grocery store to start stocking them again.  If not, then I will order them but I really don't want to p[ay shipping!

Tammy.

PS  I agree with Jackie...make hubby try em first!

Where do you get it?  I am trying to find the best deal until I can get the local grocery store to start stocking it again!

I just go through BE.  I tried Acheive One website and they wanted an arm and a leg for shipping.  It about killed me.  So I just pay the $10 to have it shipped. I tried looking in Ukrops when I was there, but I didn't see any there.

I will have have to check BE price.  So far the cheapest I have found is $135.00 for 5 cases then about $27.00 shipping total.  That is regular ground Fed Ex.  I have not found any at Ukrops.  Joe's Market (a division of Ukrops) used to sell it but when there was that big fuss about no one being able to get it due to distribution issues...they removed it from the shelves.  I have spoken with the store manager several times and I am trying to get them to restock it.  They have agreed if the supplier can get it for them.  I will keep you all posted.  It might be worth a drive down here just to stock up!
