OMG! I can taste it in my mouth.  I want one so bad. It is like I have an angel on one shoulder and the devil on the other.  The devil wants it, the angel is cringing at the thought of the bread.  Oh my stomach loathes it.

So they have come to a compromise and decided to improvise. I am on a mission tomorrow.  I am going to find me some turkey balls.  There has to be some somewhere here in Stafford county.  I am going to get some low sugar speghetti sauce. I want some provolone cheese, but I need to check out the stats on that, I may do another healthier cheese.  Volia!  I am going to have me some Tukery balls!!  Yummy!!!

I know the Ukrops in my area have turkey meatballs that are to die for. If you have one near you- try there! Good luck!

I make myself not-sana and it really helps.

I take a ramakin dish.  2 tbl of part-skim ricotta cheese, chopped italian turkey sausage or 2 turkey meatballs sliced in half, place on top of the cheese.  About 2 tbl of suace and shredd mozz cheese.  Bake in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes, until everything is melty and gooey.

Everytime I make spaghetti for the family, i make this for my self.  I prefer it.

You can add chopped spinach to the ricotta cheese, or parm cheese, whatever you might do for a lasagna....

Improvising is the best solution!  Make a dish with the same flavors to satisfy the craving.  Smart thinking Melissa!!!!

I have seen turkey meatballs in the frozen section at Giant. Also, if all else fails, buy some ground turkey breast and make your own!

As an added tip, if you can't find a no-sugar-added sauce Francesco Rinaldi's no SALT added sauce also happens to not have any sugar added, it's just not labeled/advertised as such.

If you make your own turkey meatballs, I recommend the 93% fat free ground turkey.  The 97% FF is tasteless and makes meatballs that are hard as rocks!
