Well Id like to say "Thank You" to those who came to my defense here over this Tramadol NIGHTMARE!!!!! And please take me very serious to those if your out there on this S***! It has been a nightmare. They weaned me off Neurontin an just took me off the Tramadol an we are 3 days NO word from a Dr from the UVA PAIN CLINIC Im just disqusted and am calling my PCP today Im not 100% but feeling some better still shaky and moving forward. But if there are people on this crap please get off of it but have them remove you the way you should come off because this stuff is murder. Im now on a higher dose of Topamax and will see if the PCP can increase that or they will find me elsewhere to go cause I will not be going to the pain clinic thru UVA . So thanks for your prayers and keep me there I have alot going on right now and so I will be here and there, not trying to be rude just my hands are full right now but do think of you all and I do come by and read and keep up dated on all your progress hope to see you all soon. Take care...

You are very brave to try to get off these medications in the first place and the road has been rough for you but you are doing it! Be proud of that accomplishment! I am so sorry it is so rough on you and that the doctors are really not helping at all - they are not feeling your pain so you need to make sure they understand how you are feeling....
We have sorely missed you around here and hope you get back to posting more regularly soon. We are all here for you!

Honestly , what I seen of the Pain clinic at UVA , I would not take my Dog there . I was left feeling they just throw what ever they can at their patients and hope they come up breathing . Just my opinion ....
