I was flipping through our 7 million channels today and found out we have a channel called FitTV. I just finished doing the belly dancing program they had on. I had no clue we even had this on our cable system! I'm super psyched they have several different programs including yoga. I look forward to using this to my advantage! Just another way to get that exercise in~

Awesome idea, Jennifer. I have DirecTv with the ability to search by show name, channel name or topic. I tried channel but apparently we don't get FitTv, but I did a search by topic & found several shows that have possibility. I have them scheduled to record. One of them has to do with basic yoga for average ppl...maybe I'll be able to do that one. Anyway, thanks for the idea!

This is such an awesome find. I agree with Kat...nothing is as good as nature, but this is wonderful for those days when nature is just not possible!

Interesting!! I knew I had FitTV, but I had no idea they had a belly dancing class on there. Think I'll be checking that out and maybe even setting the DVR so I can try it!! Thanks for the info!!!
