What Are YOU Doing To Move Today??
Good Morning Fitness Fanatics.....
Looks like a really warm one today here at the beach. Everyone...stay hydrated, cause it's going to be HOT*HOT*HOT!
So.....What are YOU doing to move today???
Me? Not sure yet. My body is a bit sore - stupid sciatic nerve. But, i know that i need to move it or I'll lose it - haha. I'm going over to Gold's gym today to sign me and my family up, they have a spin class at 600, maybe I'll stay for that. If not, I'l at least get some stretching in.

Gonna get things done this am then taking the pm for myself. Hoping to get out in nature and get some walking in among other things. Sincerely enjoy your day!

Good for you! Working out is a great way to beat the blues....it's a hard way, because you have to get motivated to do it, but once you start moving you will start feeling better.

As my hands shake right now, because I am going through withdraw from not working yesterday, my body is yearning for the trip to the Gym today. My plan: 2 miles, power walk on the treadmill. Work the upper body on the wieghts and if I am done in time, I think I may check out the pilates class tongiht.
Went to the gym and did the treadmill, ellicital, bike. I found another place that I can do for $30 a month and no contract. It has everything but classes and that is ok to. It has treadmills, ellitial, hand weights, machines, and personal trainers for extra money but all I need is set up a routine of the machines that will help my stomach and upper legs, not worried about the arms really. I am really having fun doing things at the gym.
