No Energy.....
I get to be the same way when I'm not exercising regularly. My sleep gets out of whack, my moods shift, I have no energy and begin craving carbs to stay awake (and a vicious cycle begins if I give in).
Are you mainting your hydration levels? Change of medication? Stress?

Hey Jill. Hydration is lower than normal, but still at 70 oz a day. No change in medication other than the brand of B-12. I ran out of my usual king (barriatric advantage chewables, one sublingual every other day) and purchased the "dots" that I am taking every day. Maybe this is it, although it has been almost a month that I have been on them. I am finding myself craving those carbs, too! I am fighting to stay out of that vicious cycle.

I feel the same way every day. ...sigh... it's just the combination of too much work, not enough rest, and probably not fueling my body as much as it needs
I hope you get out of your energy slump soon, becuase I know that is JUST NOT YOU! :)

Joe,
Protein is definately not an issue for me. I drink two shakes a day (38 grams each), eat protein two or three bars or balls (average 12-15 grams each) and still drink skim milk (about 40 ounces) at 1 gram of protein per ounce. This is in addition to my regular meals, too. I average 130-150 grams per day. I remember all too well about the absorbtion rate. I am "back to normal" today. I am not sure what was going on but I know I hated it. I do not like feeling icky and having no energy. It brings back memories from before I had WLS!
