My thoughts and prayers are with you, Ann. I know far too much about the dentist lately and I'm going back again Friday, as if I don't have enough going on. Grr. I do hope that you find some energy soon and take care of yourself FIRST. Get some rest.

Hello my darlings!  Gosh...just look at all of you.  How did I ever get so lucky to have so many sisters/daughters pulled into my life?  My weak little heart is full from the showering of love.  Thank you all so much...really.

I'm happy to report that I'm feeling somewhat better.  Not up to my usual **** &-vinegar, but close.  I actually fell asleep before midnight last night (bummer, I missed Frasier!).  I think Pat is right...this oppresive heat is not helping matters at all.  I'm SUPPOSED to go riding this weekend, but I just told Mike that I think it would be smarter & safer if I wait until the fall, when temps calm down, before I ride.   I can wait that long.  Heck, I've waited over 2 years...I think I can wait a couple more months.  I got plenty to keep me busy indoors...time to start creating things for Christmas, plus now I have TWO weddings to work on.  So no worries, my darlings...I'm making smart choices.  You ain't gettin' rid of me THAT easy...LOL!!

The Dentist...it is now nearly 6 hours since she shot me up full of novacaine & I'm just starting to get feeling back in my face!  Do you know how hard it is to eat when you can't feel anything?  Let's not even discuss trying to drink...even with a straw I was still dribbling down the front of my dress!  ROFLMAO!!  And the weird sounds I was making...too funny.  Anyway, the temp crown was adjusted & seems to be in place better.  The broken tooth...well, that's gonna need a crown too, so now I"m up to 3 crowns!  EXPENSIVE!!!  Guess what Nino's rent money is gonna pay for?  But the saving grace with all of this is that I have finally found a dentist that I trust & am comfortable with.  Sadly, I've had really bad dental experiences in the past that has had me near panic attacks.  As most of you know me pretty well by now, I just DON'T do panic.  I actually had a dentist HIT me because I cried out in pain back when I was a kid.  Ever since then, I've had a near phobia about dentists.  I had another one that didn't change gloves between patients!!  I made a bee-line for the door on that one, headed straight to my PCP, & demanded antibiotics just in case.  Ironically, a few months later, that doctor was brought up on criminal charges & was stripped of his license to practice ever again.  So for me to willingly go back is saying alot for this new dentist.  She's just amazing.  She did that root canal last week & I had virtually no pain during or afterwards!!  So I'm hanging onto this one!!

Anyway, again thank you for your outpouring of love & well wishes.  Ya'll just made my day.  And Melissa...your phone call perfectly timed, dear one.  Thank you.  I love you all & will check back in later. I feel a nap coming on.

Gald you are doing better, but I am still keeping you in my prayers.  Keep getting better!
