Not doin' so good...

Folks, I'm just falling apart here!  First off, I've been feeling puny all weekend & today was even worse than the last 2...weak, tired, no energy.  I forced myself to go out to the garden with Nino to help harvest green beans, etc.  By the time I was done, I was absolutely soaked in sweat, could hardly breathe & barely able to walk.  So I won't be doing THAT again until I feel better.  This is kinda normal...what happens when your heart only has 20% working.  So it's heart puny, not wl puny.

If THAT wasn't bad enough...I think my mouth knows I finally found a dentist that I trust...thank God for gas!!!  While eating my breakfast, my top rear right broke in half, & then during dinner tonight my temporary crown fell out!!  Thankfully I didn't swallow either one...ewwww...lol.  Also thank goodness I already had an appt for tomorrow morning.  Needless to say I'll be in the chair a lot longer than anticipated.

Anyway, the reason I'm telling ya'll this is so you won't worry if I dissappear for a couple days to recoup.  I don't want ya worrying.  As I said, the heart stuff is fairly normal though I will be keeping a close eye on things, as will Matt.  We know when to call the doc & when to call 911.  IF anything happens, Nino will tell Christina & I KNOW she'll tell ya'll.  I got my angels lined up.  Ya'll behave!!

You get to feeling better mama Ann! I'm here for you and the family if you need me....You know I'm just a phone call away...and can be there in an hour (or less!) IF necessary.

Or less...roflmao...ok, Miss Lead foot!  I'm gonna be fine.     

Awwww! I hope that you feel better soon and are able to get that crown fixed! That has to be painful! Praying for your quick recovery.

Hey there take it easy and get some rest. Let your heart tell you what to do right now. Call if you need anything I think you still have my number. The heat will play a big part on your heart and the heat and humity has been bad the last couple of days.

OK! I am freaking right now!!  I do not like you symptoms and considering where your EF level is, I am concearned.  I am going to call you today. Sometime inbetween my three training sessions today.  Take care yourself Ann, we need you!
