How are ya'll doing? Great I hope. How was your weekend? Ours was lazy on Saturday for the most part. Got things done early in the am so we could veg for the day. Storms kept trying to form but nothing came to be. We were outside most of the day and nature is the one thing that does us all good. Can never get too much in my opinion. Sunday was all right. Started out crabby apples with the loomie gloomies but the buggas and I drug our butts out (well they went freaking out I drug butt) with Tammy, Steve, Lauren & eventually Sarah to Hadad's. I was a little disappointed in that folks who'd committed did show up and didn't call (that I'm aware of). It was a gorgeous day to get out and the buggas & I really enjoyed it. Storms didn't hit until after 6 pm even though they tried earlier. It was nice to get away for a bit. We really needed it.
Tammy & Steve - thanks so much for everything yesterday! I'm real excited about Friday and so the countdown is on. Big hugs & MAJOR thanks.
Sarah & Lauren - it was really nice to see ya'll. I'm glad we got to hang out for a bit. Looking very forward to the next time.
Jill I'm sorry I didn't get a call back to you last pm. By the time we got home it was pretty late with showers, laundry and bed time.
What's on the books for your Monday? I've been up, showered, gotten several chores out of the way, taking a break to post, starting laundry and getting the day going. I hope & pray not just for me but for ya'll as well that its the BEST Monday it can be.

Let's see what's up for today??? Not much really. I have to make travel plans as I'm travelling down to Huntsville, Al next week for training. So..it will be a quick week as I have a lot to do to prepare for that.
Plus...tonight is my routine's big debut. i am SO excited. i just hope that I don't bomb out - haha. Nothing would be worse than to hear crickets chirping afterwards - haha.

That would be my outlook too. Still processing some things from yesterday but I've come to some serious realizations and today has definitely got me thinking about so much. There WILL be a next time and I'd really, really love you to come and join in. It does wonders for me and my moods.

Morning Beautiful!!! My weekend was pretty good. A few little issues that I could have lived without but I am determined not to let them ruin the great parts. Lots of great family time was had. Work & the gym are on the books for today. Have a great one!!! Love you much!

Hey girly-girl!
My weekend was good. I went out to "the ranch" to help Nino celebrate his birthday. Took him out to Red Lobster for dinner on Saturday. We were then supposed to go to the drive-in, but the storms made that not such an attractive idea so we went to see "The Dark Knight" at the theatre instead....good movie, a bit long, but good.
Sunday we all slept in and then just hung ou****ching movies. Had dinner and then surprised him with a cake (made by Matt!) and my homemade chocolate ice cream. Yummy! He opened his presents and then I needed to get home. My Marvin was waiting for me at the door like normal.....meowing "where the heck have you been and why am I alone?" Can't win them all over I guess. :-)
This week is going to be a busy one....and I'm already feeling behind on sleep. At least I'm feeling better this week and will finish with my antibiotics. Hope you and eveyone else is doing well...have a blessed week!

Glad you had a nice get-a-way and hope Nino's birthday was great! Red Lobster...now we're talking! :) I'll see the Dark Knight soon and have heard great things about it but the long part is a theme for sure. Sounds like ya'll had such a nice relaxing weekend. Good for ya'll for sure! I bet Marvin did miss ya! :) I hope this week finds you in good spirits, accomplishing what you want/can and finding time for rest. Hope you are feeling better.
