OMG! I forgot I had muscles in different places.  I am in pain from neck to toes. LOL  I love it though!  That means I am doing something right at the gym. Pass the Tylenol.

I agree with you on that one. I went to Gold's gym for a trial period of 5 days and we will see how that goes. I am sore and I just went today. I tried the elipical and treadmill, treadwalker. I will go back again tomorrow morning and try something different.

I really hope I'm not busting your happy bubble, but it's my understanding that if you're hurting after exercise that you're either doing it wrong or too much.  Maybe Jill could clarify this once & for all.  In the meantime....I AM SOOOO JEALOUS!!!  I WISH I could move around like that!!!  LOL

Glad to hear that you ae enjoying the gym...that's AWESOME!

Now, you should never work to a point where you "hurt".  You may be doing too much too soon or not doing it correctly.  you're working with a personal trainer, right???  make sure that you follow their instructions as they have done an assessment on you.  But..also listen to your body.

I worked to the point where I was really sore, but kept working and ended up with an injury.  so, be careful.

Also, make sure that youa re not working the same muscles 2 days in a row.  You need to give them a chance to rest and recover.

I am not working with a personal trainer right now.  I am planning on getting one soon.  But I was not in pain per se, just real sore.  I even worked out yesterday and today I am feeling so much better.  I am still a tiny bit sore but not bad.  I haven't worked out in years.  So I am waking up muscles that haven't been used.  From previous training when I was younger, I do remember them saying to give yourself a rest.  So I alternate between upper and lower body every day.  Today is my rest from the gym.  I have work up the you know what and a mid term tonight. UGH!

AWW!! Tammy thank you!!  I am scared to death and dreading it.  With work and life I have not been able to focus in this class. I hope I can swing it.....
