GOOD MORNING.......Rise and Shine it's a brand new day with LOTS of new opportunities.

Have you been struggling to get in your activity?  No worries....today is a NEW day!

So...what are YOU doing to move today????

Me?  I have a cardio/toning class at the dance studio and I MUST be there....it's the debut of my routine.  I worked hard on it and I hope that it shows.

Going to try out another gym and see what I think I get a 7 day pass. So that will get me moving this morning and tonight I go to work and walk, walk.
Ok I went and now I need to think of what I really want. We have two Gold's gyms and the one I went to today is nice but more expensive than the other one and I do not want to pay 50 bucks when I can do it for 30 and get the same results. I hope this makes since. Today I got on the ellipcal and did 6 mintues and than got on the treadmill and did 23 minutes and did a 1 mile. Then got on the treadwalker for 5 minutes and tried this machine that you go around on like a bike for 6 minutes and came home.
Any suggestions is welcome maybe I should just use the treadmill here and get a turbo jam tape or video to do at home. I feel like I need guidance and at the gym I would get that.

Yep, been struggling with a few things but our convo brought some things to the front lines of my thinking and I'm maping out a plan of attack on myself.

Good afternoon...per your instructions (and lotsa others, too) I am not doing much of anything.  I did a very (and I do mean v-e-r-y slow walk on the treadmill this am (only one mile) and really enjoyed that.  Now I am concentrating on weights that I can do sitting here at my desk and that feels really good. I can't wait to get back into my running!

I left the suana (formely my office) at 1pm.  Got in another 16 oz of water as I drove back to town. I bypassed my house and went strait to the gym.  Today I did 40 mins on the treadmill at 3.0-3.2 mph and did a little over 2 miles.  Then I hit the weight and worked on my legs.  I have done weight for the past 4 days altering upper and lower body.  Tomorrow is my day of rest from the gym. I have my other muscle to work, my brian.  I have midterms tomorrow night. 

Good luck with your routine!  You must tape it so we can see!!

Going down to tonight to enroll at the dance studio for my belly dance class. It will start by Fall.  Hopefully the next month I will be able to work up those leg muscles to do this effortlessly.
