Sporty Jill.....assistance, please.....

Hi darlin'!  I have no idea what I have done to my foot.  I know it hurts like hedoublehockeysticks!  You know us medics...we NEVER take our own advice.  I would love to learn to knit...uh oh  you have opened yourself up now!  I have always wanted to learn.  And it is a form of exercise, too!

You know what I'm gonna do?  I'm gonna look at my calendar, pick a weekend & invite all of you that want to learn to knit or crochet & have you come over.  I used to be an instructor for Michael's so I know how to teach this.  I'm serious.  Exercise for the MIND is important too, not to mention hand-eye coordination.  So let me go to my meeting but when I get back I will post about this.  In the meantime...SIT ON YOUR ASS!!!
