Ok....who's HOT????  Looks like another warm day is in front of us.....UGH!!!

So...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  I have a toning class and a poles class today.  Looking forward to them.  I've been in a funk (I think it's empty nest syndrome) so this should help me out of it.  Long story......

Anyways....have a GREAT day!

Good AM...ran the usual six miles this am and am doing the rowing machine at lunch.  Thinking I am going to skip running tonight and in place of it take a nice leasiurely stroll around the neighborhood with hubby and the dogs...well, ok, that won't make it a stroll since Brutus likes to haul some serious butt, but I need the time with hubby.  Hopefully he won't be too tired!

hello, My name is Kersha. I had surgery  5/10/08. I want to know how you were able to become a personal trainer. I have been overweight may whole life. I finally decided that gastric was my last chance. I want to become a personal trainer. I believe that I would be  a good trainer. Coming from were I came from. I think that would be able to someone else. I do I start  the process of becoming a personal trainer.Could you email me and maybe we can exchange numbers & talk some.

Sure thing......

I became a personal trainer after losing all of my weight and finding that I really enjoyed working out.  I took a series of courses and passed their exams.

I am now working with a mentor to fine tune my techniques and even considering teachng fitness classes (actually kickboxing) which means that I will be taking more courses so i can become certified in that area as well.

When I started it, i was doing it mainly for myself because I was having problems putting together a program for me.  But, as I got more and more into in, I found that there was alot more to it than I thought - which was great.

I'm just glad that i had many people encourage me to do it.
