Good Morning Fitness Fanatics......

I know...it's been a few days.  Blame the new job and hubby being gone.  They are keeping me really busy.  The nerve - haha!

BUT....not busy enough to not workout.  As some of you know, one of the side effects to my obesity is chronic lower back problems.  Well...that includes sciatic nerve problems.

I'm not sure what is causing it to flare up this time (I think it's chair at work), but I have had to scale back some of my workouts and including light running.  No long distance.  So....I've been hanging out on the ellipticle.

Since scaling back a bit, my body is starting to feel better, not sore all of the time.  So...my point is always listent to your body.

Today, I plan to hop on the ellipticle for 45 minutes, and then get in some toning for the arms, chest and back.

Then....I'm off or a day of riding - YEAH!!!!!  Yesterday we went out to Jamestown, Smithfield nd back to Portmouth.  Today is Smithfield, Windsor and someplace else.......

I hope that you will be able to get a better chair and for your back issues to feel better soon.

I didn't get any activity in today other than basic walking around doing errands, but am hoping for a good activity week starting tomorrow.  :)
