I weighed myself this morning at the doctors and the scale said 348.5 thats 54.5 down from my highest weight and 39.5 from my preop appintment!! Seven weeks out and I feel great!

Well...my doc and I argreed that after 4 months maintaining at 146 that I should revise my goal.
Today on the scale...a loss of 1.5 lbs! Go figure!
